In an effort to implement the palliative program announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, which aims to distribute ₦25,000 to 15 million vulnerable households, a comprehensive framework has been established. This framework is designed to ensure that the beneficiaries of the program are Nigerian citizens who meet the eligibility criteria, verified through their National Identification Number (NIN) and other relevant data sources.
To execute this plan, individuals will be selected and trained to serve as agents in all 774 local government areas across the nation. These agents will be strategically assigned to their respective local government areas based on their location. Their primary responsibility will be to enroll vulnerable citizens (beneficiaries) into the program using biometric devices equipped with embedded software for validation and eligibility assessment.
Following the established framework and with a commitment to ensure the constituents of Senator Ned Munir Nwoko in the Delta North senatorial district benefit from the program, the Senator has nominated a total of 20 individuals who met with the required national criteria of ;
