Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the representative of Delta North senatorial district and the founder of the Ned Nwoko Foundation, was awarded the Humanitarian Man of the Year at the Nigeria Most Influential Award 2023 held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, on Saturday night, December 2.
The Nigeria Most Influential Award (NMIA), organized by VGlamour Magazine, aims to reward, recognize, and celebrate outstanding personalities and organizations in both the government and private sectors who have made significant impacts on nation-building in Nigeria. Senator Ned Nwoko was recognized for his “immense contribution to humanity.”
The lawmaker was represented by his retinue of staff led by his Chief of Staff, Dr. Michael Nwoko, who received the award on his behalf.
Other recipients of NMIA2023 include Tony Elumelu, Olori Atuwase III, Engr Ifeoluwa Oyedele, Mrs. Rashida Bello, Senator Bassey Otu, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Senator Asuquo Ekpeyong, H.E Ahmed Aliyu, among others.
