A video capturing an unforeseen incident at the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai on Friday, December 1, has gained attention on social media.

In the footage, a Caucasian woman is seen trying to obstruct President Tinubu during a group photograph with Prince Charles and other dignitaries.

As the group prepared for the picture, the woman approached the front to exchange pleasantries with King Charles, who was standing next to President Tinubu.

Following the exchange, she positioned herself in front of President Tinubu, prompting someone behind the camera to swiftly intervene and request her to move, as she was obstructing the President of Nigeria.
