Actor Michael B. Jordan is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department concerning a recent car crash that was captured on camera.

Security sources, as reported by TMZ, indicate that authorities are actively working to confirm whether Jordan was indeed behind the wheel of the racing Ferrari involved in the collision. Once this is established, their plan is to reach out to the actor to obtain his statement regarding how the incident unfolded.

This marks the second attempt by law enforcement to gather information from the “Creed” star, as he did not provide details during the initial response to the scene.

The incident occurred a couple of weeks ago when Jordan’s blue Ferrari collided with a parked Kia on busy Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood. The collision left both vehicles mangled, particularly as Jordan appeared to be racing a red Ferrari at the time.

Should the LAPD find evidence of criminal culpability during their investigation, they intend to forward the case to prosecutors for potential charges.

Despite LAPD’s findings that there were no signs of Michael being impaired by drugs or alcohol, the actor may still face legal consequences depending on the outcome of the ongoing investigation.

The situation, which initially unfolded as a seemingly routine car crash, could escalate for Michael B. Jordan as the investigation progresses.
