The senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, has officially introduced his Constituency Projects Monitoring Committee.
The Senator’s Chief of Staff, Dr. Michael Nwoko, explained that the committee consists of professionals specializing in Project Management, Building/Civil Engineering, Architecture, among other relevant fields.
The committee’s primary responsibilities include identifying crucial projects within their respective Local Government Areas, advising the distinguished Senator on incorporating these projects into the budget, and overseeing their execution to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Strategically, Senator Nwoko has carefully chosen committee members from each of the nine local government areas within the senatorial district. The committee comprises 98 members, a number that corresponds to the total political wards in these nine local governments. This approach ensures effective representation and involvement of all the political wards in the constituency’s affairs.
