Rita Edochie, a seasoned Nollywood actress, has dismissed speculations regarding the separation of her nephew, Yul, from his first wife, May.

Taking to her Instagram page, she clarified, “There is no divorce between Queen May Yul Edochie and her husband, Yul Edochie.”

Rita continued, “Queen May Yul Edochie firmly believes that any negative influence on her husband will eventually dissipate. She will address the issue once she has finished mourning her late son, Kambili. I would like to express my gratitude for the overwhelming love shown towards our family, especially Queen May Yul Edochie, who is the only verified and recognized wife of Yul Edochie.”

“I am convinced that those who are calling for their divorce are either unmarried or come from broken families,” she added.

The divorce rumors originated after the actor posted videos of himself and his second wife, Judy Austin, on Facebook. This occurred weeks after the tragic loss of Kambili, the son he had with May.
