Bianca Censori may encounter legal consequences or a €15,000 fine following her daring outing in Paris, where she went underwear-free for a dinner with Kanye West.
On Tuesday, the 29-year-old Yeezy architect donned her most revealing attire yet, opting to forgo underwear beneath sheer stockings during a public appearance alongside her husband, Kanye West.
“Bianca didn’t conceal her genitals or bare backside in the garment as commanded attention,” reported sources.
Sporting a cropped fur coat without a shirt or bra underneath, Bianca made a bold statement as she returned to the Ritz Hotel with Kanye after dining at Ferdi.
However, her provocative choice of attire could land her in trouble with French authorities if found to be in violation of decency laws.
Quoting Article 222-32 of the penal code, the report highlighted potential consequences:
“Deliberate sexual display in the sight of others in a place accessible to the public gaze is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand francs [€15,000].”
Despite nudity not inherently constituting indecency, the legislator clarified that the charge aimed to exclude naturists in designated areas.
This incident isn’t the first time Bianca has flirted with legal repercussions due to her bold behavior. Last year, during a trip to Italy with Kanye, she risked a €10,000 fine and imprisonment for walking around “virtually naked” in public.
Quoting the Italian Constitutional Court, the report detailed potential penalties:
“A fine from 5,000 to 10,000 euros can be issued, or whoever exposes in a place or nearby to a place attended by minors may be sentenced from four months to four years imprisonment.”
During one outing, Bianca went braless in a revealing see-through outfit, resorting to covering her nipples with a black cross-body bag at times.
